The farshi gharara may be reserved for formal occasions but with the new gharara and the slim gharara pant – you can bring a little bit of princess to your everyday looks.
Take a page from celebrity A-listers who rock the floor-skimming style a lean silhouette. What a step up from last years unforgiving dhoti shalwars! Whether you go vintage like Urwa or sex it up like Neelum Munir this classic style works for all kinds of body types.

Movie star-mommy Syra Shahroz always has her style game on and this festive season was no exception. The mature fall colors are a welcome break from the torrid blues and muted muaves we have been seeing all season. She’s whisked her hair into a simple bun and opts for simple accessories letting the gharara shine.

Urwa wears a princess style pink gharara with a traditional ‘gote’ above the knee (though the upper legs are a bit narrow for a classic gharara so she’s brought an aspect of the new pants to look). Dangly earrings, pink bangles and a gorgeous smile complete her look. The sheer sleeves may have been a misstep but over all this look is aces.

Fatima Khan embraces delicate summer florals in elegant gharara pants. Her lace off-the-shoulder top is trimmed with another top trend – bows!

Neelum looks like a sun-kissed mermaid in a silken gharara. Bright yellow is not an easy color to pull off but Neelum’s off the shoulder top is perfectly balanced with dull gold gharara pants and a vintage style chatapati dupatta creating a unique rich look that is modern, fun and sexy.
