‘Dhak Dhak Goal’ has football enthusiasts dancing to its beat

Although Pakistan is not part of the on-going FIFA World Cup, the popularity of the sport in Pakistan knows no limits! Especially around the time of the FIFA World Cup, the football fever catches on and everyone is glued to the television, rooting for their favourite team.

It is in light of this spirit that Peek Freans Chocolicious has come up with a super catchy football anthem. The song and the video holds your attention from the beginning to the end and captures the essence of football in Pakistan. With boys and girls playing in the streets, on the beach and on the field, wearing their favourite team jerseys and even copying their favourite stars’ hairstyle; it is all very real and relatable and certainly strikes all the right chords!

One strike, one love, one game! Zor se bol! Dhak Dhak Goal! #YehHaiMeriGame #DhakDhakGoal #PeekFreansChocolicious

We love the concept of the beat and its great homely feel, as it rightfully focuses on our youth and fans, instead of just on international stars and arenas.

The objective behind the initiative is clear – to establish a relationship between the lovers of football and commemorate its free-flowing spirit throughout the ages. Football is a game for everyone, and can be played anywhere, whether or not Pakistan is represented internationally. We love the game, we love the spirit, we love the festivity and we’ll enjoy all of it! It is this sentiment that Chocolicous has touched upon with their fun new ‘Dhak Dhak’ anthem.
