Right in time for Independence Day, upcoming film Parwaaz Hai Junoon has unleashed the patriotic spirit upon us with their latest song ‘Main Urra’.
Featuring Hamza Ali Abbasi in the limelight, with Shaz Khan, Ahad Raza Mir and a glimpse or two of Hania Aamir on the sides, the song features some impeccable shots and cinematography. We see the young officers soaring the skies in the fighter planes Hamza has spoken highly of, shooting down enemy forces and gliding past snow-capped mountain peaks.
Produced and sung by Shuja Haider, it’s also great how the vocals are a close representation of what Hamza’s deep voice sounds like!
With 14th August right around the corner, it happens to be the perfect time to appeal to the nation’s patriotic side and watching these young cadets take on their roles in this song hits the right notes. As the beat of the song picks up, and the video features the fighter planes shooting at enemy lines, it also brings an adrenaline rush as we wait for something drastic to happen. Thankfully the music video shows no loss as such, but makes us wonder if the film itself will have a happy ending in terms of the characters we have all come to quickly love with just the songs and trailer!
Bringing to light the lives and struggles of the Pakistan Air Force personnel, Parwaaz Hai Junoon hits cinemas this Eid ul Azha.
