In this time of social distancing, Team Edition presents the Quarantine Diary! We speak to some of our favourite A listers weekly and give you an update of how they are making it through this time!

This week we spoke to model, Roshanay Afridi:

What is one thing you make sure to do every day? EAT SO MUCH UNTIL I CAN'T BREATHE. Other than that, wake up and exercise early morning.

Have you learnt a new talent or reverted to something you used to do but didn't have time to do which you're loving?

Puzzles! I don't think I've done those since I was in middle school.

How are you balancing WFH vs being present for family?

At first I was spending time on more leisurely things with my family but now I've switched to reading and taking some online neurology courses that are being offered by Harvard University. I think it's a great time to work on things I didn't have time for previously.

What workouts have you been trying out that you would recommend?

My personal trainer in Los Angeles has an online program that I follow. There are a lot of body weight exercises and you don't need equipment. I would highly recommend it if you're looking to lean out and not gain excess muscles. He's trained Victoria secret models, and his name is John Benton. You can check out the workouts on his website.

Favourite song these days?

Anything - Billie Eilish and Willow Smith - Wait A Minute

Your go to snack which you don't feel bad about having daily?

I make a little strawberry smoothie. Crush fresh strawberries, add coconut milk and honey. Done!

Tell us your favourite people to follow for inspiration

Elsa Hosk and Ola Farahat

Give us a tip on how you personally battle anxiety.

Breathing exercises, talking to loved ones and reading books.

What have you learnt about yourself that you didn't know, in this time of social distancing?

That I can only cook about 5 things and I've been eating those on repeat. I need to take cooking classes after this.

Give us one positive affirmation for today

Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.
