When an awards show slowly approaches, there’s always a whisper in the air of who will be the best dressed – at least for us!

This year, we were not disappointed at all – and we have to say, the models really stole the show!

Here are our favourites from the Lux Style Awards 2019:

Sadaf Kanwal

On trend in neon, Sadaf wore a gown by Sana Safinaz and earrings by Neemar Jewels with a slicked back ponytail finished with black cat-eye lined eyes which had just the right amount of thickness.

Roshanay Afridi

Roshanay is the perfect example of ‘you should wear the clothes, don’t let the clothes wear you!’ She looked fantastic in a classic white gown by Sana Safinaz keeping it simple, yet elegant!

Fahmeen Ansari

Dolled up in jewel tones in a super cool look by Sana Safinaz, was Fahmeen Ansari! Top knot? Check! Flowy silhouette? Check! Glitteting but subtle eye make up? Check! This look was boomerang’d more times than we could count too!

Maya Ali

Any awards show always has at least one gown (if not more) that has been made especially for an actor or actress by the talented Nomi Ansari. At LSA 2019, Maya Ali sashayed her way down the red carpet in a white tule Nomi Ansari gown with a statement necklace – and we quite liked it!

Mushk Kaleem

Elegance personified, Mushk waltzed onto the red carpet in a deep crimson gown by none other than Elan, with her hair tied high up like a crown yo show off gorgeous earrings by Ali Javeri Jewelers. One of our favourite style stars, Mushk never disappoints!

Nabila

Glamorous in a gold look by Issey Miyaki and an ear piece created just for her by Haya Lutfullah, Nabila graced the red carpet in her usual quiet demeanour and still making heads turn!

The legendary, Shabnam Jee

Nothing says grace like a sari. We turned to the smell of motia to see Shabnam jee’s hair adorned with fresh flowers and a beautiful black and gold sari with subtle pops of colour. Definitely one of our favourite looks on the red carpet, thus far!

Anam Malik

We’ve said it once, we’ll say it again, no one carries gowns better than models themselves and Anam is proof of that in this rich purple gown by Elan. She kept her accessorising simple so as not to over power the dress and that is what brought elegance to her whole look!

Navin Waqar

Stunning in Sania Maskatiya, was Navin in a blush pink outfit that glittered from top to bottom, but not so much that the eye had to look away. Navin looked elegant and pulled off this outfit so well, we actually want to get this in our size!

Saba Qamar

Always a fan of some form of structure, we weren’t thrilled that the fabric was creasing, but what a silhouette! Hands down one of the most elegance dresses to be seen strutting down a red carpet on a lovely woman – this is the magic of Zaheer Abbas!

Until next year!
