Celebrities have shared their experiences of quarantine on social media but Sarwat Gilani's art has caught our eye!

Art is a form of expression, something we use to channel our creativity and individuality, which can be cathartic during this difficult time.

Different celebrities have taken to social media to use this time creatively and effectively by tapping into their artistic side. Others have used it to brush up on their culinary skills or host live sessions and enjoy time spent with their family. One such celebrity who has been focusing on the power of art and craft is Sarwat Gilani Mirza.

The passionate actress and self-named "artist by chance" also happens to be the Ambassador for Special Olympics Pakistan as well as Indus Hospital. The multi-talented star even shared a picture of the art she worked on with her two children, through social media, for cancer patients at the hospital mentioned. Quarantine has been a difficult time, but Sarwat has been staying active using tools and objects at home to create wonderful and innovative masterpieces, as well as giving tutorials and forming a YouTube channel "Sarwat Gilani's Art House" after popular demand!

Gilani and her two sons have been regularly participating in such buoyant activities, ranging from planting onions, painting pots, creating wind-chimes from objects at home! The art Sarwat Gilani is inspiring with her innovational tidal wave is cost-effective and productive, as one can bond with their family, and parents can inventively use these tips on arts and crafts to sway their kiddos away from technology and keep them occupied in a more recreational way!

Artifacts from around the house, such as soap water, milk, paper, water colour, to creating beautiful works of paper-tiling; from toothbrush art, vegetables, forks, leaves, newspaper, cartons and so many other practical items which can and have been used by the talented artist are ample and easily accessible in order to have a lot of fun and keep our imaginative juices flowing when we are able to concoct something remarkable, that even at home! Who knew it could be a learning activity about what we have around our homes as well as seeing our own creative potential?!

Sarwat Gilani has managed to spark a movement through her Instagram Art Classes, which we readily look forward to ourselves, with other celebrities such as actress and model, Sunita Marshall, bonding with their children to create beautiful works of art and memories! Not only has the dedicated activist made a certain type of art but she has taken it from collages, wind-chines, dream-catchers, magic wands, kites and so many more ideas which have been brilliantly executed as well as being able to educate and teach her adorable children about the importance of imagination.

The significance of doing something as resourceful and pensive as this inspires others to join in by sending in their end products and responses to Sarwat, who has taken the social media world by storm, teaching others as well as well as ourselves, engaging in a ruminative and energetic environment which has managed to lift spirits as well as helping us understand the concept of patience and our minds the furthest thing from idle. The visionary actress has also in the spirit of Ramadan, created a Kid's Mosque out of materials such as cardboard! How spectacular is that?!
