How are you balancing WFH vs being present for family?
I’ve just been reading my scripts over and over again, preparing my next character as much as I possibly can without being on set. We’re all pretty independent at my place, no ones clingy, so it works itself out!
What workouts have you been trying out that you would recommend?
I’ve been quite lazy but my mum is enjoying yoga quite a bit!

Making sure I get enough sleep is key. And honestly I’m trying to stay away from any kind of depressing news because there’s never any trigger warnings and it can really throw a person off

I can apparently get bored while I’m already doing something
