Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Fawad Chaudhry, reported on Monday that the legislature is contemplating a proposition to run an "electric programmed train from Islamabad air terminal to Murree."
Taking to Twitter, the Minister said that with the electric transports venture for Islamabad arriving at EOI level, an arrangement to dispatch an electric train from Islamabad air terminal to Murree is underway. "The following significant task is the electric programmed train from Islamabad Airport to Murree. The investigation of which has begun and a gathering has been held with the arranging service in such manner," said Chaudhry in a tweet.
“Introduction of electric vehicles will help in flourishing an eco-friendly system and mitigate the effects of global warming,” said the minister.
The aforementioned message was in response to Radio Pakistan's authentic Twitter channel that remarked on the electric transport administration plans of the Ministry of Information.
