It’s almost Eid and we can’t WAIT! Aside from the glorious food and festivities, what everyone looks forward to the most is what they’re wearing – or what others are wearing.

We bring you our official Eid Ul Fitr shoot 2019 with SIX of the most coveted brands in the country called Rasm -e -Eid!!

The makeup and hair process was done by Hadi of Nabila’s salon and our muse for the editorial, the beautiful Faryal Mehmood, was shot by Yassir Sadiq. Behind the art direction was Zaheer Abbas himself, using beautiful EWC pieces and Afghan carpets’ gorgeous rugs to complete the looks!

Zara Shahjahan

Elegance really does lie in true simplicity and Zara Shahjahan’s piece is proof of that. From the simple collared short kurti, to the no fuss, breezy gharara, this is definitely one of those pieces your wardrobe needs as a closet staple!

Zaheer Abbas

Zaheer’s burnt orange kurta is bang on trend this season, and a traditional delight. We like the contrasting gold dupatta to match the embroidery and how it gives the entire look a finishing touch. Pair it with jhumka‘s and khussa‘s and you’re good to go.

Rizwan Beyg

Rizwan’s periwinkle blue and white combination is a timeless treasure. It reminds us of age old architectural tiles which will be ever sophisticated and elegant. This is definitely a pass down through the generations kind of piece!

Wardha Saleem

The block print trend is back! We especially love the colour play merged with the modern day silhouette and especially how the in-cut sleeveless look don’t take away from the classic aspect.

Tena Durrani

Tena Durrani’s piece is the ultimate non conventional girl look, with this high-low peplum shirt paired with fitted straight pants and a gorgeous dupatta with self detailing. The real charm is the single tone which makes it fun to style with accessories!

Sania Maskatiya

Sania is not just a household name, the brand brings you exactly what you need! We especially liked this look because of the contrasting summery dupatta in a watermelon pink against the beige sand kurta and pants which has pops of this colour too.

Tireless hours go into creating these amazing looks, and this Eid we are most thankful for the hands, minds and brains behind the outfits we put on our back! We hope you enjoy them too!
